I have Power Director 18 but wanted to ask the easiest way to make this kind of video where you are adding things coming in from different directions as well as putting in labeling at certain points etc

The "easiest" way would be to find a video template that already has many similar attributes, and then you can just replace your video clips in the template:

A lot of them are overlays (that may have built in motion), or video clips that use motion keyframes. You just need to learn how to use keyframes to create motion. There are many resources on that:
