Retrieving CD Artist/Song Info from the Internet

I just upgraded from 4 to 5.5 of Power 2 Go. The only reason I upgraded was to get CD info from internet rather than typing. I do not use a Proxy Server, and it sees that this is neede in order to access the internet. Does anyone know how to make power 2 go 5.5 access the internet for CD information?

Hi Bob,

I know this won't help, but I am not using a Proxy Server and I was able to retrieve the disc information without a problem. Must be some kind of issue with your Internet connection, if you tried multiple CDs.
