Is there a optimal configuration when loading PD 8 Ultra?

Tried PD 8 trial and liked it so bought PD8 Ultra boxed version. Also just received new computer ( see attached DxDiag ). If I have any options when loading Ultra, is there an optimal configuration to make best use of hardware/software?
