This is not a PD issue. Ditch it! I just googled it & no one has a kind word to say about it!
Go to Control Panel--> Add/Remove programs. Uninstall everything that begins with DIVX. (If you want to REALLY make sure, use Revo Uninstaller or Windows Installer CleanUp Utility).
Next, download and install the latest version of DIVX.
