Windows 7 32 bit, fully updated as of Nov 6th 2009.

Power DVD 9 Ultra with lattest updates, purchased online as an upgrade from Power DVD 8 oem.

New Microsoft Wireless Keyboard, Media Center Edition,

Problem: The Volume control on the keyboard does not control the volume, it works well in Windows Media Player that ships with Win 7 32 bit, please fix this with another update OR with a Patch

EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS with my Media Center PC.

CyberLink: Please respond HERE as your Email Tech Support is the worst i have seen.

now they think i am using Vista, when they were told from start i was using windows 7.

This could go on for ever, i am not willing to burn down my MCPC, and waste 40 hours doing thier testing, send me a fix ! NOW
