I am using Power2Go11 and trying to burn folders to a Blu-Ray disc. The process starts and then stops with the error code Build data tree error. Error Code :#0xEB100582.

I burnt Folders from the same HHD to 2 Blu-Ray discs just a couple of days ago wth Power2Go 11 with no problems.

Can anyone tell me what this error code is and how to fix?

Hello,

It could be that another program is causing a conflict with the burner. So maybe try rebooting your computer and then trying to burn again. I would also reduce the burning speed to as low as possible. See if that helps.
