I am trying to batch capture video from my miniDV camcorder but without success. I have my camcorder connected to my PC via Firewire (Vantec UGT-FW210). After selecting the batch capture option, PD collects all and displays all of the intervals fine. However, when I perform the second step to actually captur the video, PD would capture maybe 2 to 10 intervals before stalling out. I have to force the program to exit to get out completely.

The PD capture settings I am using are all default. The intervals are mostly fairly short (1 to 5 minutes). The tape I'm trying to capture has approximately 130 intervals. Of note, this is the first time trying to capture something with this setup. I am able to capture the entire tape via WinDV, though it would save one more step if I could do this with PD.

Any suggestions?
