Title Designer as Text Editor?

How can I edit the text as I would with a text editor?
For example:

1. Currently when I change the Text Box size the font size changes with it. How can I change the text box size without changing the size of the font?

2. Currently, when I type in the text it does not "wrap" inside the text box. It just continues on 1 line until I hit the "Return" How can I wrap text within a text box automatically without having to trial and error every time to fit the text.

Any hints here?

You can't. The text box resize is a graphical way to adjust the size of the text instead of manually changing the font size. Since the text box is invisible in the produced video, why would you want to change it?

You can't. There's never been any kind of word-wrap feature, but you can use Rate Us & Provide Suggestions under PD's File menu to request that they add it.
