family video templates question

I'm looking at the Family Video Templates. It looks like there's supposed to be a picture placed into the frame, but I would think that there should be a placeholder and a mask for it. Am I missing something?

there are separate tracks to change the titles, but there's nothing regarding the picture.

This seems to be related to this discussion.

I don't know why some templates do not include any easily editable placeholders, but when you want to work with ones like this you'll need to manually create and configure a mask and then make the same rotational changes with the clip you want to display in the hacked frame so it will look like this:



You can download the sample project from this OneDrive folder. To use it, the only thing you'll need to do is to import your desired clip and drag it directly onto the Skateboard 01 clip and choose Replace. You will need to unmute it if you want its audio to play.

Thanks for the reply. So I'm not wrong that there 'should' be replaceable tracks for the pictures, but there aren't.
