Currently, I made a video of approximately 9min and 20sec lengths, and I am in the process of rendering. However, the rendering keeps stopping at 99% or 100%. To fix this problem, I tried these methods:

PC reboot
Program reinstall
Deactivating hardware encoding
Rendering with the lowest option/other format
Making a short and simple project and rendering that(this worked properly, which means it's the problem of the 9min 20sec project.)
Deleting some clips(this increased the percentage to 100% from 99%, but that's all)

But all of the methods that I've tried didn't work. What should I do?

Uncheck Hardware decoding in Preferences/Hardware Acceleration. Uncheck the other box too if desired.

I have seen in the past that when disk authoring is 99% complete, the created folder is actually complete and usable. Never had rendering stop at 99%. It would seem to me that the produced file may also be complete. Have you checked it. If the file size looks correct then it is probably playable in VLC. You can then use VLC to create a working file from it.

You may want to contact Cyberlink Support to help diagnose your problem for the next projects.

"You can then use VLC to create a working file from it." That looks interesting. I am sorry to ask, but is there any way to make the working video by using VLC? Is there a tool in VLC?
