Mac PD365 - Tracking Glitch / Not Working

Hi,

I have the latest Mac PD365 cleanly installed on my Mac Mini M1 running Monterey.

If I trim a clip on the timeline and track that clip it will always track from the original un-trimmed clip !

Also, if I pre-cut a clip before putting on the timeline.. it does the same.. the moment you click track it jumps to the whole clip and tracks on that.. very odd and renders it pretty useless.

Anyone else experience this ?

Also, right click to paste doesn't work.. it shows the option but does nothing. Cmd + V does work though.
