Correct Flash Photos where the faces and hair are too bright

I recently took some pictures with Panasonic G9 and Panny 360L flash

I notice when I take pics of things, not people, the quality looks great but on people it is too bright on the face and especially the hair

Can anyone let me know the best way to try to correct the photos in Photo 365 ?
