Generally, as far as I know, inserting a clickable link within a video is not technically possible. Quicktime usd to have some functionality but I've no personal experience of it. []https://www.peachpit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=758432&seqNum=3]

Most clickable links are a function of the player environment, Youtube being the most common. Depending on your needs, other systems can produce fully interactive videos with user choices, along the lines of adventure games for example, or business solutions where videos can be linked to further actions/choices as part of training or HR functions etc.
