Power Director and Application Manager will not open after update

I downmloaded the latest Update as i was asked to and now I cannot open either Power director or the Application Manager.
and most of mthe other perograms just crash . not happy.

Have you tried updating CAM?

For US region
https://www.cyberlink.com/downloads/application-manager/download_en_US.html

For different regions you can change region using the lower right Change Region dropdown.
