Movies at 30 FPS

It's weird, because when I watch a movie on my PC, it's at 30 FPS

While when I watch it on my TV, it's at 60 FPS.

Any solutions to solve this problem?

This is most likely because your PC is an SDR monitor, and your TV is an HDR TV. Just a guess, as it has little to do with PowerDVD really. What are the specs of your computer monitor?

It's a 1920 x 1080p monitor with 60HZ
