Screenrecorder 4 is not responding when I want to open it in the library

Since I installed Cyberlink Screenrecorder 4 deluxe, my filesystem has problems.
I cannot open any image or video files. And I have to end filexplorer using taskmanager.

Also Cyberink is not responding anyamore after I have selected the library

Help is needed.

Can you please provide more information as to what you are trying to do. Screen Recorder does not really have an open image/video option, and not sure if by "selected the library" you mean the "Open library" button in the top right corner. Providing some screenshots and your requested DXDiag file would be very helpful.
