YouCam 9 Unresponsive

YouCam 9 has become unresponsive on my Windows 11 PC. It loads and opens, but all of the options are "greyed out " and do not work.

I have done a full uninstall and reinstall, but the same problem occurs. I have even tried installing on another PC - Same result.

Are there any known compatability issues?

Hello,

YouCam 9 should be compatible with Windows 11. Your best bet is to generate your DX Diag file, post it here, and more importantly send it to CyberLink Tech Support:
