image transparency gets removed

I am using latest version of PowerDirector 365. When I import transparent image saved as .png file extenstion it shows white background.

The book pages and house door/window in your logo are white, not transparent.

See the attached comparison view from two different image editing apps

I checked here your image is transparent added to PD, detail not updated to PD/365/20

Again I don't see any problems with the main image no matter which version of PD I use:

I concur. I have tested with the original and no matter how I use it, the transparancy is preserved, except for the spots that Optodata talked about.
It may be good to share with us how you use the image, it may be that we overlook something.
