So I purchased this software early this year (2021). Since then my laptop started having major issues. including the drive crapping out. It's an oldr machine and hasn't had any upgrades other than the ram (no new ssd drive or processor). I'm willing to remove Power2Go from that machine but how do I get the registered copy on my new one? My Cyberlink account clearly states that I purchased the software even includes the serial key. But I can't seem to install without buying it again. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

You actually need to contact CyberLink Customer Service directly about this. They will provide you with the download, and it is a good idea to back it up incase this ever happens again:

If your buying a new computer it will come with a windows 11 operating system. Power2go 13 platinum 64bit is not yet compatible with the new O/S. I know this because i have it installed also on my win 10 system & it works fine. Win 11 won't allow certain features to run!
