Just wanted to let you know. Guess New Blue or Cyberlink will give feedback when it is usable again.
As of now I got a refund from New Blue as the plugin does not work with PD365/20.

If you're referring to PD20/365 crashing after installing the Oct 5 version of the NBFX pack, please see this discussion.

NBFX is aware of the situation but it's unclear how long it will take for them to release PD-compatible updates. If you need to use the Art FX pack now, you can request an installer for the previous version which should work normally.
