Hi,

I was recording a video using YouCam 9 on my lpatop with my laptop camera.
The video is around 2 hours long.

When I finished recording and played back the video I noticed that the image stopped recording after around 32 minutes but the audio conitnued for the 2 hours.

Is there a reason why the video stops recording images after the 32 minutes?

Are there file size or length limitations?

Hello,

No, there is no video recording length limitation for recording videos in YouCam. The symptoms you encountered are rather curious, and have not heard of this before. Check if there is an issue with your GPU driver, by re-installing it or updating it to the latest version. You can attached your DXDiag file if you want help from other users about it.

If this doesn't work, I suggest you contact CyberLink Customer Service:

Every time i launched my camera afte fresh boot, my camera wonnt work, the drivers had to reinnstalled to make it
work, still haven,t founnd a permenant solution to that. Maybe we both need to service centers to ask for help in thi s
