Anyone have any problems with their Microsdft bluetooth mouse after installing the PowerDVD 20 patch. My two computers both use a Microsoft mouse. Just yesterday, the bluetooth failed and neither mouse will reload. Please help, Thanks in advance.

Bluetooth is controlled by the computer hardware and Windows, and doubt PowerDVD would be capable of affecting it. More likely a coincidence that it occured after a patch install. A better idea would be to contact Microsoft about the issue, since it is their mouse and operating system.

I will talk to Microsoft about this issue but this must be a patch issue because both bluetooth mice failed in two different computers.Thank you for your attention.
