How can I be sure I'm in 365 vs 17, 18 or 19
[Post New]
I am subscribed to 365 but I have v 17, 18, and 19 on my HD.

Currently, the Task Manager shows v 19 as open. When I'm in 365 what will the Task Manager show?

Should I just delete all but v19? In case I lose the internet? Michael

click the question nark in the upper right side of the program window it will tell you in which version you are.
I have only the PD 365 and my task manager shows PD20, I don't have any idea why.

Hi,

I have PDR365 Business installed but the PDR version is 20.0.2160.0. (identified as above) The 20 should remain the same for all versions but the actual build may differ between versions - say subscription and perpetual - as they may have differing functions at differing times throughout the development/release cycle during the year.

I have PDR versions 8,9,12,13,14,15,16,20 on my system with no issues, if that helps. Obviously only one version can run at any one time, no concurrent running is possible.

Cheers

Thanks! I checked the "?"/about and it says I'm using 365 but the Task Manager shows PD 19. I guess it doesn't really matter, since the app says I'm using 365.

Guess I'll just leave the v on my HD.

PD 365 is a subscription to the current version of PowerDirector. The current version is PD20 and that is what you are using as part of your PD 365 subscription. Next September when PD 21 is released if you still have your PD 365 subscription you will be using PD 21.
