New stock images and video question

Can I just use any of these new images/video (the library is quite expansive and rivals some paid services) in my monetized videos without any sort of attribution? I don't want to get hit with a copyright notice, especially if I incorporate something into an intro/outro that will appear on a number of videos.

How would the content providers even know I'm a PD365 subscriber? Couldn't just anyone use this "royalty free" stuff then in any project and just say they got it from PD365?

Hello,

The answers you seek are in the EULA. Just search for Shutterstock and Getty Images:

"- You shall not use the Media Content in any illegal, public performance or commercial or immoral manner;"

Does this then exclude monetized videos on Youtube?
If so that effeectively renders these as utterly useless.

Hello,

I don't think it means that, but you should really contact Shutterstock and Getty Images, or CyberLink Customer Service, if you have anything you need clarification on. This is just a user led forum.

Cheers
