Hi having recently got an M1 chip iPad pro and series 2 pencil are there any plans for a photo director app that is native or enhanced for the iPad as opposed to the version I have for iPhone. Also, am I able to log in with the iPhone app with my credentials for 365?

This is a user forum and we don't have any inside info on what products might be coming. Your best bet is to ask customer service from this page.

I do know that apps for Windows, MacOS and mobile devices (Android/iOS) are all separate products and each requires its own license.
