How to apply LUTs Pack for PowerDirector

I had read the tutorials on how to apply LUTs to my video footage, I drag the imported video into my video project’s timeline., select the video clip on the timeline and then click Fix / Enhance, Under Enhance , I could not find Color Presets & CLUTs option

They are now in the Fx room (F4).
