Pan Timeline without Scaling it

In Pd17 , 'left click drag' on the timeline scales the timeline.

Scrolling with Mouse Wheel srolls the timeline but this is too slow.

Is there an option to Pan the Timeline without Scaling it similar to 'leftclickdrag' above ?

How about putting the timeline in Movie mode and using Alt+Up/Alt+Down arrow keys? That will move the scrubber 1 sec at a time across all clips.

If the timeline is in Clip mode, the scrubber will stop at the start/end of the selected clip.
