Successfully installed PowerDirector 19. But cannot open it

Successfully installed PowerDirector 19. But cannot open it. Error messages show "mfc110u.dll, MSVCR110.dll, MSVCP110.dll not found. I installed PowerDirector 19 on two newly-installed Windows 10 Pro but encounter the same problem (i.e. above dll not found). How can I fix this problem?

This exact question has come up several times recently. The answer can be found by searching the forum for the missing .dll.
