How Get Correct File Times after Transfer?

This is not a Cyberlink problem but a Windows 10 issue I guess.
Maybe you can help.

When I transfer video files from a GoPro the times are wrong, -8 hours and sometimes the date (Probably due to the time)
I understand -8 hours is the difference from my time zone to UTC. GoPro BTW is totally belligerent regarding any help.
When I transfer photos from my Android phone the times are correct.
It's a PIA to coordinate and sync videos because of the time differences on the file from when it was actually taken (e.g., notes taken during the session, etc).

What do you do to sync the offset time/date that is assigned to the files?

Hi,

You probably need to look at a 3rd party solution - something like BulkFileChanger, NewFileTime, Bulk Rename Utility or whatever Dr. G suggests - to do bulk manipulation to correct the offset.

Can also be done in Win10 PowerShell but is not really as efficient.
