Setting a time limit

Usually I don't worry about time limits but lately I have been doing some instagram reels to help promote my work but reels are set at 30 seconds. Is there a way to set a time limit on videos, so I don't overrun. I know I can just look at the timeline, but sometimes it's not very clear and I end up over running a little. No worries if there isn't I was just curious. Thanks.

Hi,

Maybe use a 30sec colour board on T1 - should give a good visual reference?

Or use a 30 sec Timeline Marker if you want something less obtrusive!

Cheers
