I have Photo 365 and they wrote in the updates there is new bokeh effect

I cannot find it in the software

Can someone let me know where you look for that new effect ?

You can do what I just did, which is click on the "?" icon at the top left of PhD's window or hit the <F1> key to bring up the Help file. You'll then find everything you need by entering Bokeh in the Search field. You may also want to watch a tutorial or two to quickly get up to speed.
