The frame in the working area jerks.

After I place the video on the timeline the frame starts jumping (frame parts overlapping, green screen or just frame jumps). At that, while the video is in the part of media files for the project (upper part of the working area, next to the screen) everything is OK. When recording, all these jumps are saved in the finished file. Can it be because of the video card (geforce but 2009, the latest driver is 2016)?

Can you show us, give an example of what you see?
Also you can switch off the usage of the graphics card, check if that helps in any way.
