Is there a simple way of thickening the lines of a line drawing image using PhotoDirector? I'm not looking to manually thicken the lines with a brush as my freehand skills are zero. I think in Photoshop it is possible to thicken lines with one adjustment, and I'm hoping PhotoDirector offers the same, but I can't find any obvious way to do that in the menus.

I'm afraid there is not, as far as I'm aware.

PhD doesn't pretend to be a graphics/illustration application, where other software is focussed on exactly that.

You're right. Photoshop does make the process simple. Even the free Paint.NET can do it after installing plugin effects.
