I would like to know, if i can export my videos in the .mov file type with a transparent background in power director 18 (I'm making a stinger for streamlabs)

And is it possible to produce in a different file format and then convert it to .mov with a transparent background?

PD doesn't support any transparent producing/exporting so you will have to use a 3rd party app or use a greenscreen and apply a chroma-key to remove the non-transparent background after producing in PD.
