Dark image when using "Keep aspect ratio"?

Hi,

I am using PowerDvD 20 and i have a strange issue. I tried running a Bluray 4k movie and if I click the "Crop to fill" - everything is fine, but if i want toy use "Keep aspect ratio" the image remains dark as if I still am moving the mouse, while the movie is playing, but I am not and cannot get rid of that??

Check your Intel GPU driver version, if it is an pretty old one that offered by your pc or laptop vendors, ask them to provide a newer version for update as Intel releases new driver version almost every quarter to fix issues.

It has large chance to fix issues on 4k bd playback.
