I'm using pdvd 13 to play movie files and dvd's. Power dvd 13 automatically changes to PAL system when playing those dvd's. But when playing movie files recorded in PAL, power dvd 13 stays in NTSC. I need to change something to enable movie files to be played in PAL but I'm not sure where to start. To me, NTSC is not as good as PAL as far as SD goes. Thanks

From what I remember (reading the forums over the years), on a PC the differemce for NTSC or PAL is only in frame rate/screen refresh rate, and PowerDVD only supports auto changing screen refresh rate when play movie discs, but not when playing video files.
