I have need to create a virtual drive for a Power Director 17 ISO file ('Mount in Power2Go') as I have done many times before.
On this occasion, having chosen 'enable' and browsed for the file - and then selected a variety of available drive letters (we'll say 'G'), I keep getting the message,
'Cyberlink Power2Go could not mount the 'G' drive. Ensure that this drive is available'.
Have I got to set anything up in 'Disc Management', or am I missing a trick?
Note: using Power2Go as a stand alone, the same message appears - after which the program will not close properly.
Another afternoon wasted!
Cheers.
Keith
