If you mean in the cyberlink's application manager, yes there is. Just click the download all button. See attached picture.

What about installing with one click?
I tried selecting all in a folder,
then selecting the OPEN or RUN command.
Neither command showed.

It does not recognize PD 19

Do you have the subscription version (365) or the standalone version?

The application manager is only for the subscription version.

It would help if you could let us know what you are looking for exactly, it's not clear from your posts.
