Are nested projects bugged? With video demo

Hello I have a main project, and two nested projects in the main project. The one nested project is an intro that I do for every video, and the other one is an outro that I do for every video. (they have different BG music between them)

There are two issues that I am having with these nested projects in the main project:

-The outro nested porject is playing the wrong music. It is playing music from the intro nested project. When you preview the outtro nested project before putting it in the main project the music is correct. But then when you put the outro nested project in the main project it plays the music from the intro instead of the correct outro music. Makes no sense.

-When i make edits to the intro nested after putting it in the main project, it refuses to adjust the sound level when I change it in the intro nested tab. Everything else edits, but no matter what I do to the sound level it just stays the same.

Here is a video of what I am talking about: (shows the first issue)

Anyone know what could be going on here?

I suppose I could render out each nested project as it's own video with the right music, but I like the convience of having nested projects. I also didn't have this issue until now.

I am using PD 365 if you are wondering.

Above the timeline you see the option to select projects, in your case CS1 and Outro. When you play the Outro in the timeline, I assume that you will HEAR CS1 because CS1 is selected. I would assume that in such case you would also SEE CS1 which is not the case.
I would recommend to try playing Outro with Outro selected and see what happens. AND I would suggest that you tell CL that something is worng here: it is either SEEING and HEARING the priject selected, OR it is HEARING and SEEING the project the cursor points to in the timeline. Not a mixture :
