Any alternative to Video Denoise?

Under Fix/Enhance there is an option to VideoDenoise , but it doesn't seem to do much.

Are there any other alternatives available in Pd17 , escpecially something like Nvidia Ai denoiser?

New Blue plug-ins may be of use.
VirtualDub freeware has a huuuge choice of noise reduction, some very specific to type of visual noise.
Of course you will be re-compressing, and you'll need to find a balance of noise reduction and detail loss.
That is why lossless codecs are so valuable.
Cyberlink would benefit greatly by integrating at least 1 lossless codec, and maybe even VirtualDub itself.
What is the source and file type?
