Newbie here..I just finished editing my first video which is about 2 hours long. I did a save and a save as but the pds file was only 818kb. When I produced the video it only output the first 3 minutes, the mp4 file was only about 165mb. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Probably about the right size for the pds file as it simply contains edit information and links to source video, it contains no real video files.

You had no errors during produce, it just stopped producing prior to actual video end? What produce format and profile did you use?

A picture of your timeline to see what you have may offer some insight.

You are using "Nested Projects", I'd highly recommend against that until you get the feel of editing in PD. This is evident by the two projects above the timeline, JustinsFirstBDay1 and 2. You might check the length of the none active project, 2.

I guess it's producing the short video labeled 3 on the timeline. The 3 file was a save as of the whole project but only about 3 minutes were saved.

Thanks Jeff, can you elaborate as to how to remove the other 2 files?

The tab on the far left "3" above the timeline should be the summation of current timeline and your previous 2 "Nested" inserted projects. If you highlight that tab, and then "Produce" you should get the timeline duration represented in tab labeled "3" which should be your entire project.

The other two were inserted in a "Nested" fashion so they are only parts of the full timeline, and possibly duplicates in this case. In your case you had the last tab "JustinFirstBDay1" highlighted so what was produced was only the timeline associated with this inserted pds file.
