PowerDVD 16 crashing error 102

Hi I recently reinstalled Media Suite 14 on a new PC but PowerDVD 16 crashes when opening DVDs with Eroor 102. I can play MP4 and mpg files but VOB files cause the same error 102
I am told to uninstall and reinstall but cannot find a separate installer for PowerDVD 16 just the exe and 2 rar file to install the whole media suite, how can I get an intsaller for PowerDVD 16

I have solved the problem. I searched for uupdates and found a patch dated Nov 17 and all is now well Albie
