Nobody here on the user forum will know the answer to that. You can let CL know that you'd like to see that added in a future version by going to File > Rate Us & Provide Suggestions.

In the meantime, there are two ways I can think of to do this. The easiest way is to set the project aspect ratio to 360 even though you're not working with 360° clips. PD will actually use a 2:1 aspect ratio for the timeline and when producing, like this:



An alternate approach is to use a free 3rd party app like Handbrake, VLC or VirtualDub2 to trim the produced file to any aspect ratio you want. See this post for more details.
