In a project I am doing, I have a background, and photo of partner at that location inserted (sceenshot attached). What I would like to do is fuzz the edges of the insert a bit to make it less of a 'hard outline'. In other editors I'd use a vignette filter on the inserted photo.
I haven't found such a thing in PD18, but I'msure it must be there. How to I do this??

One way is to use the mask designer. Try this: Uncheck maintain aspect ratio. Size the mask to the small photo. Set the Feather to 1 or 2.

Adding to what Tomasc showed well.
Tools Mask Designer, just choose a mask ready to taste, fits the photo.
