Delay in starting in timeline

Hi members. I have purchased PD 365 version19. I am finding when i push the start button on the timeline there is a 10 second or more, delay before the movie begins ( clip or movie mode). Also anything I use in Fix and Enhance mode there is a delay. can anyone help with this problem? As this is annoying.
CPU I7 3930K.
GPU Nvidia GTX 970
Ram 16 GB
Windows Pro 10.

What device recorded your video and what is the video's format and resolution?

How long is your movie and how many tracks of video are you using?

I understand what you're feeling, you can try to reduce the preview quality,
Settings / Display / Time line preview quality
Editing FullHD or UHD videos enable creating shadow files.
Settings / General / Enable Shadow files ... select 720x480 resolution
If you use a lot of choices or improvements in the video it will to be difficult to work in time line, but after producing it is good.
