I have subscription to photodirector 365 and have it on my desktop and it is working fine

I am trying to install it in my Dell Laptop and when I open the Application Manager nothing happens or nothing shows in there


hoping someone can let me know how to get this corrected

Hello detroit123,

Do you mean nothing appears under the My Programs tab? or do you mean that only PhotoDirector is missing?

Are you signed into your account? Your name should appear in the top left corner of CL Application Manager.

In any case, I'd download and install a fresh version from here. Perhaps that will correct the issue.

I think I got it fixed now. I closed the program on my desktop and then the App Manager on the Laptop worked fine and showed the program and it let me intall and then install the extras as well
