Keeps shutting down every time

I open it up to rip CD or DVD. Why is that? Power2Go 13 is what I purchased. NO TECH SUPPORT????????? Had 11 version it was perfect never any problems. Shuts down after I add 2-4 mp3's or 2 videos on each one. Please someone provide some help.

"Oops Power2Go has stopped...." is the mesage I keep getting. It's really ticking me off and no tech support.
