In Library, when highlighting a folder, Viewer shows pictures in this folder and in all levels of subfolders. How to show pictures in the highlighted folder only?

I don't think you can limit the Folder view to a mid-level folder and exclude the contents of all lower folders. You can let CL know you'd like to have that feature by using Rate Us & Provide Suggestions under the Help menu.

One way to see the contents of only a folder like that would be to use Import Folder... and browse to it, then make sure the Include Subfolders box is not checked from the Impoirt Photos window. You can do this even if you've already imported these photos and you'll end up with the contents of just that folder along the bottom (if you have the Photo & Browser view on [F6]).

Click on one of them then type Ctrl+A to select them all, then click on the + to the right of Albums tool and choose Create Album from Selected Photos.

Thanks optodata. Yes, I will request such a feature - it's essential in my workflow. LR has it, and I'm trying to migrate away from Adobe. In your experience, how responsive CyberLink is in responding to customer suggestions, ...years?

It depends on the product and on the request. Some user requests have come out in the next patch, others in the next major product release, and still others still haven't been implemented at all.

One thing I'll say about the subscription version is that updates seem to come out more frequently than with the perpetually licensed version, and I've seen some hints that they may be moving towards more of a monthly (or at least semi-monthly/quarterly) release schedule for minor bug fixes and feature updates.
