Adding extra text tracks?

Sometimes I've found it handy to use several text tracks when editing a group of photos and video clips on the same subject; sometimg common for them all on one track, plus something individual for each item on another.
PD18 has by default only one text track. Is there a way to add another text track to the timeline presentation???

No, but titles can go in any video track. PD19 even went away with the Title track.
