Swaying output after increasing video speed

I've increased the speed of a 4k 60fps video and the output video sways noticably. I've tried different speeds, different fps and outputting to HD instead of 4k, but none of them work.

It's very hard to imagine what "swaying" means based on just speeding up the clip. It would be ideal if you could produce a short video showing the original clip and the same section sped up so we can see both the content and undesired impact.
